VERTEX specializes in the development and production of fully customized mannequins for fashion, sports and retail brands.
Every element can be developed around your brand, product and retail concept.
Whether we start with an idea, an existing 3D file or a 3D scan of a real person, our in-house team takes the project from first concept to production-ready mannequin.
And because the complete process happens in-house — from 3D design and engineering to 3D printing, prototyping and production — we can move exceptionally fast.
Our complete development process happens in-house.
3D DESIGN → ENGINEERING → 3D PRINTING → FINISHING → PROTOTYPE
With no external handovers between design, engineering and production, development cycles become significantly faster.
Depending on project complexity and final design approval, a first 3D-printed prototype can be ready within 10 days.
Speed doesn't stop at prototyping.
Once the design is approved, we select the production technology that best fits the required quantity, material, budget and roll-out.
This allows the same approved design to move from a 3D-printed prototype into scalable serial production, while maintaining the same visual identity.
One digital master.
One approved design.
From one prototype to thousands of mannequins.
→ Body shape and proportions
→ Pose and movement
→ Faces and heads
→ Hands and feet
→ Brand ambassadors and real people
→ Colors and surfaces
→ Finishes
→ Functional details
→ Bases and fittings
From a subtle modification to a completely new body.
Does VERTEX manufacture fully custom mannequins?
Yes. VERTEX develops and manufactures fully customized mannequins for fashion, sports and retail brands. Body shape, proportions, pose, face, hands, surfaces, finishes and functional details can all be individually developed.
How quickly can VERTEX produce a custom mannequin prototype?
Depending on project complexity and final design approval, a first 3D-printed prototype can be ready within 10 days.
Can a custom mannequin be created from a real person?
Yes. Professional full-body 3D scanning can capture a real person, athlete or brand ambassador and provide the digital foundation for developing a physical mannequin.
Does VERTEX develop and produce mannequins in-house?
Yes. VERTEX combines 3D design, engineering, 3D printing, prototyping and production within its own development and manufacturing network.
Can VERTEX manufacture large quantities after the prototype?
Yes. After approval, the digital design can be transferred into the production technology best suited to the required quantity and project specifications, enabling scalable international retail roll-outs.
Does custom mannequin development require traditional molds?
Not necessarily. Industrial 3D printing allows VERTEX to develop and manufacture physical prototypes directly from digital 3D data without conventional mold-making. For larger serial quantities, other production technologies can subsequently be selected where appropriate.
